Home Based Charity Fundraiser / Remote Telesales Advisor
Home based Charity Fundraiser / Remote Telesales Advisor. An energetic Bristol based charity fundraising call centre is expanding and requires creative and passionate people to join the team. This job is work from home indefinitely - but you need to be based around the Bristol, Bath, Swindon, Chippenham, Newport, Weston Super Mare area as the client delivers a computer in order for to connect to their secure network.
There is a telephone interview including a script based mock call / roleplay and they are doing weekly remote training sessions on Zoom - you will need a smart phone / laptop or tablet to attend training. Once training is complete you will receive delivery of the computer and headset and will be a Home Based Charity Fundraiser / Remote Telesales Advisor. The training pay, so the first 3 days of online Zoom training, is held back until you complete 120 hours service, there will also be a penalty if you don't give the computer back also. As you have to use their computer to keep people's data and details safe, and as it is a desktop computer taken out of their callcentre you will need to be able to position the computer near your broadband router. You are welcome to place the computer anywhere within your property but if you require a longer cable you will need to purchase this and be prepared. You also need a decent broadband connection, and unfortunately Talk Talk broadband isn't compatible with the company's VPN.
The computer has all the latest dialling software and call management software, it will feed through calls when they are answered and you will engage members of the public and inspire them to make regular monthly direct debit donations.
Working on various campaigns, raising money for some of the world's most important charities, you'll be calling the general public, letting them know about the amazing work and successes of the charities and inspiring them to become supporters and to start making monthly direct debit donations. The role is packed with job satisfaction, a friendly social atmosphere and a great opportunity to make a difference.
The Home Based Charity Fundraiser / Remote Telesales Advisor will work five days a week between the hours of 12:00-20:00 Monday to Friday, and some Saturday's 10:30-18:30, with a day off in the week.
The Home Based Charity Fundraiser / Remote Telesales Advisor will need good communication skills on the phone. The Home Based Charity Fundraiser / Remote Telesales Advisor will benefit from some sort of call handling experience. The Charity Fundraiser / Telesales Advisor will need a passion for charity. The Home Based Charity Fundraiser / Remote Telesales Advisor will need the ability to work a computer and input information into a computer.
This role pays GBP8.85ph, however consistent target achievement will see the rate rise to GBP9.85ph with good OTE commission opportunities. Whilst in training the pay rate is GBP8.72ph (normally first 2 weeks).
Very good fundraisers with a strong work ethic and attention to detail can earn an additional GBP720 per month bonus. You have to be very good and very consistent. You can earn no bonus also. You can also earn somewhere from GBP0-720 per month in commission, this is on top of your hourly rate, this isn't commission only, you are working for an ethical firm with some fantastic clients, some fundraisers have consistently achieved more than the monthly OTE (on target earnings).
