Building Surveyor - Residential

A growing Surveying Practice now requires a Senior Building Surveyor to join their team covering the West Midlands area. Excellent opportunity to work from home and manage your own workload and time whilst surveying a range of residential properties.

This role will offer you the chance to become a key member within the team quickly and offer a variety of work in general building surveying and offer a mixture of home buyer reporting and valuation work for private customers and lenders.

Those with either experience would be considered for this role while you must have the MRICS or Associate level of RICS qualification due to nature of the work/licenses required etc.

Duties:

Provide advice on the design, construction, maintenance, repair and refurbishment of all properties
Carry out building and measured surveys and preparing schedules of dilapidations
Offer Mortgage valuation services
Home Buyer reporting for customers
Condition reporting
Defect analysis
