Account Manager - Technical. Remote Working
Competitive basic plus a team bonus. Remote working and flexibility in hours.
A reputable client of mine in Essex (near Brentwood) are increasing headcount therefore seeking a Technical Account Manager to join the existing team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys all things tech and keeps up to date with new IT Software and the industry as a whole. A chance to incorporate your Technical knowledge and service existing clients - Selling consultatively on solutions for their business, not to hit a target.
Duties will include:
Communicating effectively with a number of existing accounts (roughly 40) and providing effective and tailored technical solutions to them
Managing the existing client base and continuing to maintain business levels and ensure that all IT concerns are resolved effectively
Meeting with clients to review their Account, address and issues or concerns and maintain a good relationship
Where required, provide quality technical support to a growing client base via telephone or face to faceExperience required:
IT or Technical Support experience
Sound Technical and Software knowledge covering application, network, migration, server, cloud services and security
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients
Previous experience working on IT projects would be advantageous This role will be remote working initially, but with team meetings in office every Monday morning. The successful candidate will join an established and skilled Technical Support team.
Monday-Friday, 7.5 hours between 8am-6pm
30-35k (dependant on experience) plus bonus
