Head Chef - 1 rosette French Brasserie

The Candidate Requirement:

We require a Head Chef to manage the French Brasserie Restaurant - supporting a team of 4 in the production and service of a traditional French menu. You should have a passion for quality (French) cuisine and have a solid background in food costing, menu creation and staff training and development. You must be able to demonstrate a stable background as a senior sous or Head Chef within similar operations at 1-rosette level.

Stunning property set in extensive grounds, this large 4 star Hotel has a renowned fine dine restaurant along with solid C&B areas, 2 Brasserie operations and an area for lighter snacks.
