ROLES AND CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE
You will play a key role in the smooth running of production across an array of automated machinery including cutters, slicers, mincers and mixers. You will have previous experience working in a factory within an FMCG environment. Food Manufacturing exposure would be beneficial but is by no means essential. For the Line Leader need you must have had previous experience leading staff either in a production or warehousing/logistics set up.
