Gateway are looking for an experienced and confident Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team based in Southend on Sea, Essex. You'll be part of a team of committed people who look to support each other and are proud of the trusted, knowledgeable services they provide. You will be working on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you'll receive a highly competitive package.
Gateway is a leading property services company delivering high quality estate management, maintenance and related services to clients Nationwide. Building on from our success and outstanding reputation, Gateway is now launching Quality Street - a new, forward thinking, estate agency.
Our newly appointed and dedicated team at Quality Street will offer our customers a seamless experience ensuring that the customer's needs are a priority from start to finish.
Duties as our Senior Sales Negotiator will include:
- Delivering the highest levels of customer service
- Effectively managing sales generation by utilising a variety of marketing and networking techniques
- Carrying out valuations
- Arranging appointments for viewing and valuations
- Qualifying potential buyers, identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties
- Contacting customers with new properties that have become available
- Sales progression and follow up with conveyancing team
- General administrative duties
- Working towards ambitious company targets
- Given the nature of this role there will be a requirement to regularly work evenings and weekends (on a rota basis).
Experience and qualifications that we're looking for in our Senior Sales Negotiator:
- 5-10 years previous experience
- NAEA qualified
- A proven ability to build strong trusting relationships and develop excellent rapport
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car for business purposes
Personal traits we're looking for in our Senior Sales Negotiator:
- Hard working, enthusiastic and driven with a great work ethic
- Confident and resilient with a desire to succeed
- Passionate about the property market and working with people
- Willing to learn and develop new skills
- Professional and organised
- Self-motivated
- Available to work regular evenings and weekends
