Manufacturing Process Operator

Opportunities have arisen for Process Operators to join our established team to supply our international automotive customers. As we ramp-up production capability we are looking for dynamic individuals with an attention to detail who can support this important part of our business. This role will provide the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and offers opportunities for career progression.
Responsibilities will include: • Loading and unloading of precision parts into grinding machines
• Regular measurement of parts to agreed quality standards
• Using measurements to maintain statistical process control records
• Making agreed machine and process adjustment's based on measurement results
• Maintaining a clean and orderly work space
• Proactively maintain and observe Health and Safety standards
Required Skills and Experience
• Attention to detail
• Ability to and use initiative to solve issues
• Organised and methodical approach to tasks
• Basic maths skills
• Familiarity with and ability to use Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work within a team and work with all levels of management
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage
• Be living and be eligible to work in the UK to apply for this position
