Customer Service Coordinator ( temporary to end of the year)
Telford
Pay GBP9.18 per hour plus overtime
If you would like to work in a very busy & friendly team environment where your products are top of the range, this is the ideal Customer Service role for you. You will receive excellent training in order to deal with any query and have all the support you need from your colleagues.
Job role / duties
•Receiving incoming calls from customers and assessing the nature of their query
•Taking & processing orders onto the computer system
•Dealing with any problems or queries to a high standard & resolving quickly or escalating
•Scheduling engineers where needed
•Handling inbound and outbound contacts
•Using telephone, email, letter, helpdesk and social media to access and action for customers
To be considered for this super Customer services role you MUST:
Have previously worked in a Customer Services role and understand the concept of first class customer satisfaction rates
Have proven customer services ability
Have highly developed communication skills
