This excellent opportunity has opened up for an experienced customer service to manage customer queries using social media platforms and telephony.
Client Details
This business are performing extremely well in the current climate, they have grown significantly over the past 6 months and expect the growth to continue over the next 12 months. Following company success's the customer service team are growing and have space for an experienced customer service Representative to take over customer communications on social media.
This business have a planned office move to Runcorn so the successful applicant will be able to travel to both locations.
Description
Key responsibilities for this role will be;
*Using Zen desk to manage customer interactions
*Liaise with customers using social media platforms such as Facebook
*Support the wider team with inbound customer calls
*Manage and resolve complaints
*Update customer records and spreadsheets
- This role will manage the customer interactions on social media only, this role will not include any content creation -
Profile
The successful candidate for this role will have gained experience in the following areas;
*Experience managing customer integration on various social media platforms such as Facebook
*Excellent telephone manor
*Experience in compliant management
*Ideally experience working on ZENdesk
*Available to start a new role within a week (ideal start date is September)
