You will support the team working with our core digital platform 'TrackRecord' and its suite of products. TrackRecord is a web-based evidence-based solution, owned and developed by Jacobs. The software is delivered in conjunction with consultancy services to aid clients in managing regulatory, corporate and project requirements.

The successful applicant will become part of a respected and hardworking team, providing solution delivery allowing Jacobs to assist our Clients in data capture and management processes and using that data to gain insights and improve performance.

This is an exciting position for an enthusiastic and career driven individual who will be given the tools and resources to build a progressive career within the Jacobs business. Primarily supporting the TrackRecord cross-sell delivery team, you will have an interest in supporting project management to deliver better outcomes for clients, and as such will be responsible for leading on project delivery work within the TrackRecord team. The role entails leading a small team mobilising the TrackRecord products on cross discipline projects, working with other OU's, discipline leads, project management and clients to configure the system in line with project reporting requirements/user needs, roll out user training sessions/materials and provide ongoing support to end users.

The role will require a high level of senior engagement with other OU's, delivery partners and clients. You will work alongside members of the Digital team and contribute to achieving growth in our business.

This role would suit a person interested in client engagement and business growth who is passionate about digital technology and data management/visualisation. The role presents opportunities for progression as the business grows, and the role will likely evolve over time.

Duties associated with this post will include:

• Mobilisation Lead for new contracts
• Client facing - ability to manage/facilitate meetings with clients
• Preparation of presentations and training materials - external and internal
• Data consolidation for mobilising projects
• Data analysis/visualisation for reporting on performance, trends, gaps
• Competitor analysis
• Coordinating internal and external workshops
