Role: Complex Care Worker

Location: Taunton and surrounding areas

Salary: GBP13.00 - GBP16.50 per hour

Job Description:

As a complex care worker you would be introduced to a range of clients with different needs. You would be assisting individuals to gain independence and support them in their daily lives. You would be in the clients own home providing assistance such as personal care, meal preparation, daily outings and companionship visits. Our clients have complex needs including challenging behaviour, ABI's and epilepsy.

Our main focus is to ensure a fantastic customer experience to all of our clients.

This is for a specific 24 hr package in the area with day and night shifts - regular shifts are available!

Qualifications and attributes:

• 6 months full time experience in a health care setting, complex care experience highly desirable. (UK only)
• A dedication to empowering clients and delivering fantastic customer experience.
• A passion for client's dignity and care.
• Perform under high pressure situations, hardworking, loyal and honest.
• DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one.
