Your employer is an independent regional health care provider. In this home youll be supported by a warm and nurturing team of staff, the management have years of experience, you know youll be safe hands. You will be trained and helped to support each of the young girls aged 11-19 with their mental health conditions, empowering and participating in group life skills sessions. You will be encouraging the young people to achieve their personal goals and you will be instrumental in providing them with the support network they deserve in overcoming their self-harm issues.
Your personality is key to the success of the service. If you have a sense of humour, dont take things personally and generally have a positive outlook then we would like to hear from you.

You will be able to pick and choose your shifts. We can offer - lates, earlies, long days OR if you are a night owl we have plenty of waking nights for you to pick too.
