Shift Details: 24/7 4 on, 4 off.

Salary: Competitive base + shift premium up to 39%

Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician with experience of repairing and maintaining a variety of equipment?

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join team. You will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of moulding, assembly and packaging systems within our operational areas.

You will schedule and undertake PPM activities across all of our equipment, complete root cause analysis investigations for production quality issues. Provide training and support to our operational manufacturing teams. We are looking for someone who can use their knowledge and experience to resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues and breakdowns in accordance to GMP.

As a maintenance technician you will be working on a range of assets mainly cam driven assembly systems and a variety of injection moulding machines ranging from 50t to 300t incorporating automation and robotics, therefore this role will offer an opportunity to work with a variety of equipment.

To be successful in this role we're looking for you to have the following skills, experience and knowledge

?? Level 3 engineering qualification HNC is desirable

?? Dual skilled , mechanical and electrical

?? PLC understanding

?? CMMS experience

?? Working knowledge of statistical control systems and the ability to use drawing manuals and circuit diagrams as appropriate.
