Role: Business Development Support

Salary: GBP21,000-GBP23,000 per annum

Location: Sheffield

Our client are fast growing business in the property sector.

The role:

• Support the Sales Director, Head of Sales and BDM's to manage 150+ clients nationwide
o Issue and co-ordinate contracts to clients via online signing software
o Prepare marketing materials for new clients
o Speak with clients to discuss improvements and help improve their customer experience
o Help with client onboarding and setup
o Conduct website training sessions with new clients (such as how to add a property etc.)
• Account manage a pool of around 20 landlords/clients in multiple cities
• Review customer performance with the Head of Sales
• Co-ordinate B2B marketing with Marketing Manager and the wider team
• Discuss 'add-on' products with clients, such as 'featuring properties' etc.
• Organise client events and hospitality days
• Organise property events with marketing team and speak with prospective clients at the events

The successful candidate:

Will be highly organised with an excellent attention to detail. You will have impeccable customer service skills and articulate yourself well both over the phone and on email. You will ideally be used to supporting a team of sales people and liaising with clients. This is a fast paced, busy office and any experience of working in similar would be advantageous. If you have any experience of marketing/events that would lend itself well to the duties of the role.
