Security Operations Engineer

SecOps Engineer

As a SecOps you will be oversee the security of our applications through all the phases, development to final release int production , review , trial and implement tools that will integrate with our SDLC. You will be part of a multinational team spread over different geographical locations in order to support StepStone Group IT-Security.

What you'll be doing:

• Document current development and deployment processes, highlight areas of risk and indicate where can be introduced security checkpoints.
• Defining, communicating and implementing security processes, practices and solutions within the SDLC.
• Stay up to date with the security trends and propose solutions to enhance the organization security posture.
• Running security workshops oriented to development teams.
• Threat modelling with Agile delivery team
• Organizing security training
• Coordinate with Development teams in order to address flaws detected through our pentest program.
• Improve our SAST and DAST solutions to be proactive rather reactive.
• Use our internal security solutions to perform regular webapp scans.
• Integrate and automate the usage of webapp scanning solutions into the CI/CD pipeline.

What you'll bring:

Essential

• Proven experience as a SECOPS
• Ability and desire to talk to groups / run workshops
• Ability to influence teams
• Understanding of SDLC with Agile Framework

Desirable

• Infrastructure as code experience
• AWS, Azure
• Involved in security community
• OSCP / OSWE
