Removals Export Packer

We have a great job opportunity for a Relocations Export Packer or Foreman at an excellent relocations and removal company in Hertfordshire.

The role of Export Packer / Foreman
You will be working on residential or commercial relocation projects and as a key member of the team, you will:

• Work on the move project to ensure a quality service and customer satisfaction
• Assist with moving, storage and packing services
• Help with the pickups, loading, transportation and delivery
• Complete all forms accurately and neatly
• Adhere strictly to safety regulations
• Represent the company in a professional manner
• Be lifting and moving heavy items by hand or with the assistance of material handling equipment
• Have regular exposure to working in wet, hot or cold weather conditions

Skills & Abilities

• Can work effectively as part of a team and on your own, taking instructions from management
• Can work under pressure, adapt to changing deadlines and work in a timely manner
• Professional and courteous disposition at all times
• Clean, valid driving licence will be beneficial, as well as LGV/HGV driving experience

About you
To be successful for the role of Export Packer / Foreman you will need:

• Knowledge and experience of export packing household goods, artwork, pianos etc
• General skills to disassemble and reassemble furniture
• A keen eye for detail, being literate and numerate
• An enthusiastic and flexible approach to your work

Rewards
For the position of Export Packer / Foreman, the rewards will depend on your experience and type of driving licence (if any).
