Senior Employment Solicitor - Birmingham

This is a new vacancy for a Senior Employment Solicitor to join a national firm.

On offer is a varied caseload of litigated and non litigated employment rights cases. You will manage employment advice and/or representation matters, such as unfair dismissal, wages and discrimination claims.

Acting on behalf of Trade Unions, you will have 5+ years' experience and will run an Employment Rights caseload which includes complex cases at the highest values, and you will be assessing and advising on the prospects of success and value of Employment Tribunal claims. You will therefore need excellent knowledge of Employment Tribunal rules of procedure and the litigation process.

A key element of the role involves mentoring and supervising other team members and supporting them with cases. In addition to supporting the team, you will also have excellent networking skills, enabling you to nurture and develop relationships with clients and contributing towards business development.
