Registered Care Home Manager/ess
Our client, a well respected Healthcare provider, are looking for a Registered Manager for their Sheffield Nursing Home. This is a great opportunity for someone with Care Home management experience to further develop their career, in a successful and high performing service.
As Registered Manager, you would be responsible for the overall running of the home. This would include working with an experienced deputy manager to achieve the following;
Maintaining compliance in all areas of the service, and ensuring high standards are met in everything you do.
Providing person centred care, appropriate to individual needs, in a safe, warm, friendly setting.
Implementing the requirements of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and working towards continuous improvement
Working in partnership with the HR Manager on all aspects of Human Resources which would include recruitment, supervisions, training and development.
Completion of monthly audits with necessary action plans in place should an audit identify gaps in quality or compliance.
