Your remit:
Part of a specialist team of experts, you'll employ your broad IT skills to maintain effective and efficient IT Services running across all their sites.

Your remit ranges from maintaining and logging tickets in the company Helpdesk system, carry out temporary or permanent IT fixes, install and maintain hardware/software infrastructures and undertake daily backup tasks.

About you:
You're an HNC level holder or equivalent in an IT subject, with relevant working experience. You'll also have practical experience in networks and networking equipment (Routers, Switches, Firewalls and Access Points). Your CV may also include Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and other 'back office' technologies.
