We are currently looking for an experienced and passionate fixed term Technical Training Partner looking to join our growing business.

What will you be responsible for:
As Technical Training Partner, you will manage the delivery of specific skills training for the factory population at L&G Modular Homes. You will play a fundamental role in the development of our people and further will support the Technical Training Manager in ensuring we continually evolve our training provision to account for a growing nature of our workforce and innovative future-focused training techniques.
For this role we are looking for the right candidate to have:
A recognised professional training qualification
A proven track record in designing and executing successful training programmes
Relevant sector experience across manufacturing and/or construction environments
