Area to be covered: North (ideally based Yorkshire / North East)

Remuneration: GBP50,000 - GBP60,000 (depending on experience) + profit related bonus

Benefits: Passat company car / equivalent OR car allowance and benefits package

The role of the Technical Sales Engineer - Formwork & Falsework / Ground Engineering will involve:

?? Field sales engineer responsible for hire and sales of high quality formwork & falsework products and accessories used within a range of concrete applications

?? All of you time selling into main contractors, specialist sub-contractors, formwork contractors, concrete framework contactors and civil engineers

?? Joining part of a Northern territory currently turning over GBP2m and looking to grow this considerably

?? Individual target will be circa GBP500k once up and running and looking to grow this year on year

?? Dealing with projects ranging from small hire sales for GBP100 up to large bespoke projects of circa GBP600k

?? Majority of your time will be spent generating new business relationships

?? The remaining portion of your time will be spent managing and expanding existing relationships with key accounts

?? Working alongside a team of 2 sales engineers

?? Reporting into Northern RSM and NSM

The ideal applicant will be Technical Sales Engineer - Formwork & Falsework / Ground Engineering with:

?? Must have a demonstrable track record in sales of formwork & falsework or from a strong structural / civil engineering background working with products such as: ground shoring, edge protection, trench support, frame support systems, concrete consumables, concrete reinforcement, concrete structures or related products

?? Must have experience working with specialist sub-contractors, main contractors, concrete framework contractors and civil engineering contractors

?? Ideally have a black book of contacts in the civils / ground engineering market

?? Capable of managing and expanding existing relationships and generating new business relationships

?? Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision

?? Tenacious, professional and comfortable working within a competitive environment
