Customer Service Advisor 2 x 6 month FTC
Stroud
Hourly rate: GBP8.72 + holiday pay / Mon - Fri: 9am - 5pm
Role and requirements
Two opportunities have arisen for Customer Service Advisors to join a key client on temporary basis which may go to permanent for the right candidate. One is a 3 month and a 6 months Fixed Term contract.
The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills and a friendly and confident telephone manner.
You will have previous database / CRM experience (training will be given on the client's bespoke CRM). You will be updating customers' information, change of details, renewal, cancellation of contracts so good eye for detail and accuracy is key.
Part of the role will be data entry and cutting information from the CRM system and pasting into Excel.
This role is will be office based - working to strict social distancing regulations.
Skills and Experience:
Excellent communication skills - both written and spoken
Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment
Strong IT skills Microsoft Office and user of Excel
Data entry and administration experience
Excellent customer service experience
Excellent organisational and time management skillsQualities:
A 'can-do' attitude
Enthusiastic
Self motivated
Able to work under pressure
Flexible and adaptable
