Our client, a Deluxe Hotel with a renowned, award winning restaurant, serving creative modern cuisine is currently recruiting an experienced Sous Chef to join their award winning brigade.
This is a superb chance to work alongside a Michelin trained Chef and a brigade that has first class skills, methods and techniques making the reputation of the kitchen the talk of the county. This deluxe venue needs a Sous Chef to complete the team.
As Sous Chef you will be able to demonstrate a 1/2-rosette level background, and have a flair and originality to bring to the team. The ideal Sous Chef must be a competent all-rounder, able to cover all sections and deputise for the Head Chef in his absence and have some knowledge of GP's and hygiene legislation.
This property holds a host of accolades, and they're keen to retain these as the concept becomes more of a 'relaxed fine dining' operation, with the focus on achieving fantastic flavours from local seasonal ingredients simply, as opposed to some of the more 'trendy' techniques, and with a less formal style of service.
