CNC Wood Machinist (Post Form)

GBR Recruitment are working in partnership with a well established progressive coated & cured products manufacturing business, recruiting for an experienced CNC Wood Machinist (Post Form) to manufacturer finished cured wood products (taking a blank sheet of wood & turning it into a finished product).

This is a great opportunity to join an expanding company using state of the art CNC wood working machinery / techniques, along with the latest roll coating & curing machinery.

You should have experience of cutting tools, drills, sanders, saws & tooling set up / changes within a similar wood manufacturing facility working to set KPI's / targets.

Duties:

• Operating wood working CNC's machinery setting them using the HMI screens to the set tolerances & specifications to meet customer orders
• Operating cutting tools, drills, sanders, saws & tooling set up / tooling changes
• Working to SOPs
• CI focused delivering high quality finished cured wood products

Experience Required:

• CNC Wood Machining experience / Wood working experience
• Knowledge of setting up tooling
• Knowledge of cured / heat treated / coated products would be a benefit
• Factory operations experience #
