Gi Group has a fabulous opportunity for someone to join our Midlands management team as Operations Support Manager.

Whilst the role will involve supporting the region across all locations at various times, we do require someone with extensive branch sales experience, as a large part of this role will be to support the various branch managers with sales and sales consultant development of the current five branch locations so will require someone who is willing to travel across the midlands

The OSM role is extremely important within the region, in that we need individuals who are able to multi task, manage multiple projects and be able to support our locations both strategically and re-actively. A brief job description is available below

Objective: Support the Region to effectively manage both financial & activity performance of each Location within the Area to increase top line results whilst managing cost

New Business Development / Branch Sales Support
Objective: Assist the regions branch managers in maximising new opportunities

Staff Management, Retention & Development
Objective: Support the Operations Manager to achieve high levels of staff retention within the Area & ensure optimum productivity and effectiveness of all staff within current roles.

Customer and Candidate Attraction, Satisfaction, Retention & Development
Objective: to implement retention activities utilising all levels of staff & resources available, ensuring high levels of customer and candidate satisfaction & retention together with increased penetration across existing customer base

Administration, Processes & Procedures
Objective: Assist the Operations Director/Managers to ensure 100% legislative and ISO compliance and to identify best practice in current operating methods across the Region

Objective: Provide operational support in the case of absence of resource, excess workload or project, support all major initiatives through the Area.
