An experienced Senior Architectural Technician is required to join an award-winning Architectural Design Studio in Essex.
This well-established practice specialises in the Residential, Commercial, Retail, Education and Community sectors. With a reputation for approaching their work with passion, integrity, creativity and practicality, this close-knit team pride themselves on building lasting and loyal relationships with their clients and have acquired a fantastic reputation as a highly trusted consultancy.
The company have managed to steer through the last few testing months and are well-placed to continue to push forward and build on previous successes. As such, they require a Senior Architectural Technician that can bring a wealth of skills along with a friendly and helpful personality that can add true value to the team.
The successful Senior Architectural Technician will gain the opportunity to work upon residential projects of varying scale - from large master planning schemes through to bespoke houses. With this in mind, it is vital that you can demonstrate working experience operating within the UK Residential sector.
Requirements of the Senior Architectural Technician include:
Architectural Technology degree or equivalent
5 years post qualification experience
Confident preparing drawings for residential works
Ability to assist on preparation of planning packs
Fully proficient tin AutoCAD
Knowledge of REVIT, SketchUp & InDesign is desirable
The salary on offer is likely to be around GBP33,000 - GBP38,000 (depending on experience) plus generous annual leave allowance and other benefits.
