Production Operative

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join Smart Solutions as a full time Production Worker in Leicestershire

We are looking for motivated Production Worker, and we are able to offer ongoing full time work

We are proud to work with an industry leading food manufacturer in the Leicestershire area who are looking for people to work on a production line, packing and quality checking their goods.

Shifts available:

?? Monday to Friday 6am to 18.00pm

?? Monday to Friday 7pm to 19.00pm

You will get full training and a site tour before work commences so you are comfortable with your working environment and the knowledge that this is could be a career path for you not just a job. Please be aware that this job is in a hot environment

Duties and Responsibilities:

?? Ensuring that Food safety procedures are followed at all times

?? Reporting any health and safety matters to the supervisor

?? Weighing ingredients

?? Baking

?? Mixing and packing of products

?? Clean as you go

?? Completing paperwork

?? Wrapping and stacking

You will be lifting trays of food will be on your feet all day. This is a physically demanding role so to be successful you will need to be able to complete these tasks

Skills: Required:

?? A genuine desire to deliver a good service

?? Self-disciplined

?? Good verbal and written communication skills

?? Highly organised

?? Good time keeping
