Data Architect - DBA - Oracle - Durham - Progression Opportunity

Salary circa GBP42,000

An opportunity has arisen for a Data Architect to join a newly formed Enterprise Architecture team within one of the country's best-known organisations at their office in Durham.

This is an opportunity for somebody who is an experienced Oracle DBA, or Database Engineer to step up into a Data Architect role. They have a varied tech stack but experience with Oracle is essential. Experience with data governance, ETL processes and ensuring a 'single version of the truth' is essential. Any experience with Big Data, Hadoop or BI reporting tools would be advantageous.

This role presents a unique to be a founding member in a newly established team, setting structure and strategy for the future. You will work closely with a 3rd party delivery team so experience working with both internal and external resources would be advantageous.
