Position - Senior Childcare Worker
Location - Crowborough, East Sussex
Salary - GBP23,000 to 28,000 DOE
Hours - 40 per week, made up of 3 long days from 7.30am to 10.00pm
Why work here - This Company specialises in delivering high quality residential, therapeutic and educational support to children aged between 12 and 16 years who are vulnerable and at times can be challenging. They provide a nurturing environment that allows children in their care to feel safe and in a family setting. They have 3 residential homes all with GOOD Ofsted ratings and an onsite school. As well as caring for their residents they put a lot of emphasis on caring for their staff too and consider it their mission to fully train and support all who work for them to be able to carry out their role safely whilst feeling appreciated.
About the Service - This is a fabulous opportunity for someone with senior child care experience to join a brand new home in Crowborough and be involved right from the very beginning welcoming in the first child.
Experience and qualifications - We are looking for someone with experience and ideally a Diploma Level 3 in Residential Childcare. Alternatively, willing to work towards.
