Production Operative

We are looking for a Multi-skilled operator

As a Multi Skilled Operator you would work within pharmaceutical and packaging such as PET, HDPE, PVC.

If you care about environmental issues and have good customer service skills, this job could be ideal for you.

In this job you will need a polite manner. It is also ideal to be physically fit as you can be required to lift and carry heavy loads from time to time, operate machinery after training and potentially work in the warehouse. You should have the ability to think on your feet and have initiative to work on your own.

Work activities

As a Multi Skilled Operative you work as part of the collection team or as part of the team sorting and assembling and re-packing and recycling various products. You may sometimes work on both teams.

Your job may include from time to time:

?? Operating machinery and setting.

?? sorting and selecting products and removing non-recyclable items

?? inspecting materials for any contamination

?? disassemble and break down larger products

?? Cleaning and maintaining equipment.
?? General Housekeeping be familiar with 5S (It STANDS FOR SORT, SET IN ORDER, SHINE, STANDARDISE AND SUSTAIN).
?? Potential general warehouse or packaging duties

Working hours and conditions

4 on 4 off

7am to 7pm

7pm to 7am

**This position is temp to perm for the right person after 13 weeks.
