Registered Manager - Learning Disabilities and Mental Health

Real Care Group are currently seeking a Registered Manager to oversee a specialist 8 bedded service for adults learning disabilities, mental issues and associated complex behaviours.

This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Manager to step into the service and really take it forward.

As the Registered Manager:

• You will have responsibility for all managerial aspects of the home; with your top priority being to focus on ensuring the best standards of care are maintained, exceeding CQC and other regulatory bodies' expectations.
• You will support and manage members of your staff team and motivate them to ensure that person-centred care is being delivered.
• You will help to recruit and build your own staff team for the service.

Requirements:

• It is essential to have experience in the learning disabilities /PD/mental health sector, ideally you will also have worked with challenging behaviour.
• We require somebody with 2/3 years' experience at management level, with a level 5 qualification.
• Ideally, you will also have experience in developing existing services.
