The providers we work with, support Adults in residential settings with additional needs such as Autism, Learning Disabilities, Dementia and mental health needs. Your new role
You will be an experienced support worker, ideally having worked within residential settings. You will work a variety of shifts including Long Days and Waking Nights, supporting adults with a variety of needs. You will support them with their daily tasks and personal care needs, ensuring that they are safe and cared for and that their individual needs are met.

What you'll need to succeed
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent . E experience working in a r residential setting and be able to provide references to support this.
A genuine passion for supporting adults with additional needs and the ability to adapt to and meet those needs.
