Staffline is recruiting for a Shift Supervisor to work at our client's busy potato production warehouse in Boston.
Earn GBP10.00 per hour, working a 4 in 4 off shift pattern.
The hours of work are from 6am to 6pm, and you will be required to be flexible to meet the demands of the business.
Your Time at Work
As a Shift Supervisor, you will provide onsite support for workers at our client's busy potato production warehouse.
You will deal with any issues that arise within the working shift and ensure all workers follow processes and procedures.
Monitoring worker performance is also required in this role.
Our Perfect Worker
Our ideal Shift Supervisor will have some previous experience in supervising workers in a warehouse/production environment.
You will be an effective communicator, with leadership skills and the ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion.
