Location: Devon
Salary: GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 (Depending on experience)

My client is an outstanding family run business who are looking for a strong senior F&B operator to head up the busy day to day operations of their fantastic restaurant. The restaurant itself is set in a beautiful Devon town located very close to the Coast, it offers a very friendly and family orientated ambiance and an incredible menu which boasts some of the best flavours in the South West which are all sourced locally.
Roles, Responsibilities & Person Specification: (Not all are listed below)
Running all day to day operations of the Restaurant
Liaise with Head Chef on Menu changes and Kitchen is up to date with all certifications (EHO, etc...)
You will have an Assistant Restaurant Manager and all waiters/waitresses and Bar staff reporting directly into yourself
Responsible for all Rotas, Stock control, Audits, Cashing up etc...
Cellar Management experience
Experience running F&B outlets 100 Covers +
Social Media savvy to drive the business through social media platforms is key
Liaising with new suppliers (Craft Beers)
It is important the successful individual is very PASSIONATE to drive and motivate team to profitable performance
