Female Support Worker
Aldershot
Full-time or Part-time positions available

We are supporting four people aged between 35 and 52 years old who have a diagnosis of autism to enjoy a full life. You will be supporting them with their favourite activities including archery, boating, swimming, bowling, trips to the cinema as well as spending time looking after their home. The people we support love meeting new people and spending time with friends and family. The residential home has a lovely big garden for everybody to enjoy and be involved in developing. Staff are required to provide full support with medication administration as well as delivering personal care.

A full UK (manual) driving license is essential for this role.

We can offer a range of hours between 7.5 to 37.5 hours per week but be prepared to work flexibly as you will be working weekends, waking nights and bank holidays. Shift patterns can vary between 07:00-21:30/ long days and sleep ins.
