Mechanic
Formel D is the global service provider of the automotive industry. We develop market-leading concepts as well as individual, scalable solutions along the entire automotive value chain - from development to production to aftersales.
We are currently working alongside some of the largest automotive manufacturers in the UK and we are currently looking for a Mechanic. All positions are for immediate starts on a long term contracting basis with unrivalled rates of pay. All positions are full time with overtime available.
The role of a Mechanic will involve:• Reworking interior and exterior trim.
• Removing steering pipes and refit to torque
• Strip down of inner and outer rood assembly's
• Removal and rebuild of inner cab trim
• Removal of exhaust and turbo DOC pipes
To be successful for the role of a Mechanic you will have:
• A minimum of BTEC OR NVQ or City & Guilds or IMI Level 2 qualification or similar.
• Previous experience with HGV's or Tractors is advantageous
• Keen eye for detail and flexible approach to work.
