Post Production Manager

One of the worlds leading producer of quality royalty free imagery and footage are looking for a production manager to join their team. Based in the UK but with projects across the globe, our in-house team shoots all aspects of life. With a focus on the genuine and authentic, our portfolio of creative and engaging visuals provides media producers around the world with original and trend driven content.

Management of the post production workflow with other team members and to lead a busy and fast-paced post production team. Retouching images to a high standard in line with daily deadlines.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Retouching images to a high standard in line with daily deadlines.
• Motivating other team member to meet their daily quota.
• Checking all images before distribution to our network of agents.
• Naming and maintain digital asset file/structure organization.
• Editing photo-shoots, choosing final images for the team to retouch.
• Photography cover as and when required.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience of retouching commercially with minimum 3 years' experience.
• High proficiency on Capture One, Photoshop and Bridge and Excel desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Experience of leading a team
• Ability to handle a large work flow.
• Proactive and able to take initiative
• Multitasking on a daily basis and ability to work against deadlines.
