We are currently recruiting for an experienced Forklift Driver for our client based in Darlington. This is an exciting opportunity to start a career in an ever expanding company in a thriving industry.
As a Forklift driver, you will be responsible for:
- All forklift related duties
- Daily use of Counterbalanced trucks (minimum of 1 years due to the nature of the role, and must hold a valid ticket)
- Working safely and efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Using correct recycling methods
- Basic yard cleaning such as sweeping, breaking down cardboard boxes etc
- Operating various machines when on site
- Other site duties as and when required
- Following Covid-19 policies outlined by the company.
For this role, successful candidates will need to be flexible to work days and nights on a continental shift pattern, working 12hrs per shift. Rates will vary between GBP9.51-GBP10.51 depending on shift.
