Business Centre Manager
My client is looking for an exceptional Sales & Operations Business Centre Manager for their upcoming new centre based in Ashford, Kent.
Responsible for:
* Responsible for the day-to-day operation of your centre
* Reports to the Regional Manager
Job Description:
* Supervision of the maintenance, reception and administration staff
* Monthly invoicing
* Weekly reports
* Completion of all renewals & arrears within allocated time scales
* Sales / Marketing for your sites
* Processing of supplier invoices
* Ensure all sites carry out marketing and follow up on leads received to maximize sales potential.
* Regularly walk round sites to confirm that standards of appearance are being maintained.
* Ensure that company procedures are adhered to.
* Ensure that all Health & Safety procedures are adhered to. (Weekly fire alarm tests, six monthly evacuations, identification of hazards of slips, trips and falls etc.)
* Ensure that all reports are completed in a timely fashion
* Ensure that the accounts and property departments are informed of issues as necessary
* Any other duties reasonably required by your line manager
Key Skills:
* Must have Sales and Operations Management Experience
* Must have exceptional customer interaction and communication skills
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Marketing skills
* Negotiating skills
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills
* Driver / Own Car
