A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced qualified Mortgage Broker who is fully CEMAP qualified and has buy to let experience.
You will be confident and ambitious with excellent communication skills to be able to liaise at all levels.
You must be literate and numerate with strong IT skills, a team player with good sales acumen and someone who will be committed to our company.
Experience required:
- Previous broking experience of two or more years
- Previous sales experience or experience within a banking or finance environment coupled with experience in loans would be advantageous
- Experience with buy to let mortgages or complex buy to let
The role will include but not limited to:
- Interfacing, dealing with our clients, solicitors and lenders, case management, identifying requirements and finding suitable lenders.
- Sales and follow ups
- Attending property auctions
Our client is a property investor who is looking to secure finance on investment properties, typically buy to let or commercial properties.
Driving licence essential. You must live within a commutable distance of Melksham.
In return, you can expect a competitive basic salary + excellent commission structure GBP27,000-GBP28,000 plus OTE in excess of GBP50,000.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday
