Swanstaff are recruiting on behalf of our Client based on the outskirts of Colchester for a full time Caretaker.
Our client is seeking a candidate who is available to start work immediately and will prove to be hardworking, reliable and committed to their role. This is a great opportunity as the contract is to cover long term sickness with a view to become permanent, to the right person. There will also be a period of time for a handover so you will have full knowledge of what's needed to fulfil your duties to the best of your ability.
Job Title: Caretaker
Location: Colchester
Salary: GBP9.50-GBP10.50p.h Dependent on Experience
This role will be working on an educational site Monday - Friday 8:30am-4:30pm.
A full DBS essential as will be working alongside vulnerable adults & children.
Duties and experience required:
General maintenance
Painting and decorating
General upkeep of the school
Cleaning
Heating and lighting
Security and safety of the school grounds
Health and safety checks

The skills you'll need
