Tenancy Services Officer

Seven Social Care are looking for a temporary Tenancy Services Officer to work in Atherstone, Warwickshire. This position is initially for a period of 6 weeks and is paying GBP17.47 per hour (paid to you via an umbrella company).

The role:

To be responsible for providing tenancy management services to the Council's stock of Council properties. This includes enforcing tenancy conditions, with priority given to rent income collection, to both dwellings and garages and dealing with changes of tenancy in way that meets the highest customer standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• To minimise rent arrears in very challenging times.
• To deal with nuisance and ASB in a proactive way to achieve long term resolution
• To deal with Tenancy Management issues including; sign up, MX, LIO, tenancy transfers, property condition and any other tenancy related matter.

Applicant Requirements:

• Qualifications: N/A.
• Experience: 2+ years working within a similar role.
• Compliance: Current DBS check.
• Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
• Hours: 37 hours p/w.
