Family Paralegal
Our client, a leading and professional law firm are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Family Paralegal with Private family law experience to join their expanding and busy department based in Wigan.
The Family Paralegal role will involve supporting and assisting a senior Solicitor within the family department providing advice to clients, dealing with private law children matters, divorce and separation, financial settlements, domestic violence and pre and post nuptial agreements.
The successful Family Paralegal will have a minimum of 18 months experience working in a private family department supporting senior members of the team, with extensive knowledge of private legal matters. You will be ambitious, hard working with good work ethic and have a passion for family law.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate with this growing firm, with potential to progress into a full fee earner role if desired.
This firm offers a range of benefits including 25 days holiday (plus bank), Christmas shut down, free parking, pension and BUPA plan alongside a generous salary circa GBP20,000 depending on experience.
