Graduate Sales Development Representative Role:
Obtain a thorough knowledge of the company, the clients it works with, and the conditions they operate within
Devise and execute a new business plan - promoting the business offering and their brands through multiple channels
Identify and profile the key decision makers of prospects, reaching out to them to explore how the company may benefit them
Grasp a client's challenges and their business quickly, building relationships from initial contact and beyond
Maintain market awareness, ensuring you're in tune by conducting ongoing research of the training and development market

Educated to degree level
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
