What you'll be doing:
* Selling financial services and solicitor quotes
* Booking viewings and valuations
* Attending viewings and valuations
* Managing the branch in the managers absence
* Support junior members of staff with development an support
* Sell houses
* Touting (door knocking, leaflets etc.)
* Providing stellar customer service and handling inbound queries by email over the phone & in person
* Working with a committed and high energy team toward weekly targets
* Developing and maintaining a detailed portfolio of properties, buyers & sellers to the end of securing repeat custom
* Managing all relevant paperwork and documentation related to your sales portfolio
What we need from you:
* Minimum of 2/3 years' experience in sales estate agency
* Proven Track record in winning instructions
* Driven, motivated and excellent sales and rapport building skills
* Some experience in management or senior key figure
* Well-developed soft skills and ability to communicate effectively
* Presentable & Professional
* Good knowledge of the local area
* Full UK Driving License
