Account Manager Sales Support
Account Manager, Sales Support, Hull, Salary up to GBP30,000 + potential car allowance.
Our client is a highly successful, growing company based in Hull who are looking to appoint an Account Manager / Sales Support Executive. This is a newly created role, in turn making it more exciting because, for the right person, this role is pitched to grow as the company expands.
Our client has an enviable reputation for quality and on time delivery therefore we are looking for someone with business acumen who has demonstratable experience in successfully managing sales orders, customer relationships and who strives to provide customer satisfaction above and beyond at all times.
Reporting to Director level you will be responsible for working with customers from start to finish; ensuring the identification of sales leads, ensuring customer requirements are met throughout the delivery process, managing handover and maintaining a close customer relationship therein.
Responsibilities will include;
* Generating and identifying sales leads and collating relevant information
* Managing the sales process throughout including associated administration and documentation
* Managing customer relationships and contact
* Using social media to generate leads
* Visiting customers and attending trade shows
We are looking for someone with the following experience and attributes;
* Account management or sales support experience ideally within the construction, portable buildings, holiday homes or similar industry
* Business acumen with an ability to generate and identify good quality leads
* Diplomatic with good customer experience over the phone and ideally face to face
* A flare for business development
* Highly organised with excellent administration and project management skills
* Driving licence as travel maybe required
You may already be working as an Account Manager, Sales Coordinator or a similar Account Management or Business Development role or you may be working in a Sales Support, Senior Sales Administrator role and you are now looking for progression; either way this is an exciting opportunity and interviews will be held on a first come basis so early application is advised.
