Are you a technical leader/manager from a power generation background, looking to join an internationally renowned company within the renewable energy sector where you play a pivotal role in the management and continuous improvement of the plant?

The company are a well-respected multi-million pound pioneer within the renewable energy sector, who invest heavily in training and development programs. This global company has various bespoke projects around the world and are looking for a new shift team leader to join their team in the UK.

In this role you will be able to showcase your leadership talent and make key critical decisions within the plant, looking at CI, efficiency of the plant, reliability and general management, working on a days and nights based role.

The Person:
*Technical Leader / Manager
*Previous Experience within a Power Generation Sector
*Previous Key Decision Maker
*Preferably Holding an Engineering Degree
