Support Worker Home: Pathways Location: Sutton-in-Ashfield, NG17 4BR Hours: 24, 36, 42, 48 Shifts: 12-hour shifts, with the flexibility needed for days and nights Hourly rate: GBP8.72 - GBP9.02 per hour (dependent on experience & qualifications) About the role Our Support Workers provide a high level of personal, physical and emotional care that can include all aspects of day-to-day activities, personal care and companionship.Despite its expected challenges, being an Exemplar Health Care Support Worker is a role that is incredibly rewarding. Pathways is an 8 bedded home for individuals with a learning disability which operates as a home from home. The role involves assisting in supporting individuals with activities of daily living according to their abilities and encouraging them to learn new skills. Our service users are encouraged to participate in a range of activities both in the home and community and the role of the carer involves supporting individuals to have a good quality of life.
