We are looking for a Pharmacist to join our team on a part time basis. Our focus at all times is on ensuring that our patients receive high quality treatment quickly, in clean and comfortable surroundings. Shepton Mallet NHS Treatment Centre has been rated Outstanding by the CQC, putting it at the very top of the regulator's quality ratings.

About the role

You will be working as part of a friendly, professional and expert team supported by our Pharmacy Lead, Gemma to assist in the provision a pharmacy service for inpatients, outpatients and day patients using the centre. As well as undertaking basic outpatient duties, you will use your leadership and clinical skills to provide advice and support to junior staff. You will be an experienced GPhC registered Pharmacist with knowledge of the legal requirements for the supply and storage of medications and controlled drugs. It would be an advantage if you have experience of working in a hospital environment but it is not essential. Just as important however is your ability to work as part of a team and your motivation to provide a high standard of service.
