Registered Manager - Learning Disabilities

Are you an experienced Service Manager, Home Manager or Registered Manager within learning disabilities social care? Do you want to work for a fantastic leading specialist charitable care provider?

My client is looking for a skilled and motivational Home Manager, Service Manager or Registered Manager to oversee a residential home based in Gloucestershire.

For this role, you will be offered a fantastic salary of GBP30,400 rising to GBP31,400 upon successful probation.

We are looking for a candidate with a proven CQC track record via inspection reports, strong motivational and staff management skills, flair for bringing new ideas to improve services.

The Service Manager will be offered

• Salary of GBP30,400
• Salary increase to GBP31,400
• Monday to Friday working pattern with on call duties
• Leading charity social care provider and employer

To be considered as Service Manager, you must have

• QCF Level 5 or NVQ Level 4
• Experience working with adults with learning disabilities
• CQC service management experience or supervisory experience
